It was so inspiring, positive, real, and proactive. I truly enjoyed learning new ideas to help me in my own life and living through chronic illness. I think even w/o illness it's a great read because of the many ideas we can use to incorporate into our life of wellness. Awesome layout, and the fabulous quotes lifted me up on days I was very down. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas, creativity, and rawness through your journey, which is so similar to mine!!! Thank you for putting a smile on my face and hope in my heart. My soul feels revived!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Celebrating the wonderful moments! *by H***I on Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2016* I've been close friends with Donna O'Klock for over 25 years. She has always pursued a life that was rich and full, and sexy, no matter her circumstances. This guide to living your life this way is appropriate for anyone - whether you have a chronic illness or not. She suggests easy ways to transform how you feel in any moment, and to celebrate what is wonderful in your life, no matter what. It's easy to read, beautifully laid out, and incredibly inspiring. I love all the meaningful quotes that are in the book. Great as a gift for any woman, this book brings home what it means to be sexy - to live a life affected by your environment and thoughts - in the best way possible. Gift yourself or a woman you love this book about life and how to live it well! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was so helpful that I felt like Donna understood *by P***T on Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2016* As I was reading this book there were many times that I thought the author must be living with me and reading my mind! Her reference to the Doobie Brothers song, "Minute by Minute... I keep holding on" is exactly how I feel many days. Often I plan my days around how much energy I need to accomplish certain tasks, and act accordingly. It was so helpful that I felt like Donna understood, and that I am not alone in my struggle. There is lots of practical advice to help you get through your day well, as well as philosophical food for thought. All in all, I find I am not so lonely, which can happen when you feel like someone let all of the air out of you and you just can't communicate. No matter what, I can always be inspired by a few pages of this book... --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/56517085-sick-and-tired-and-sexy-living-beautifully-with-chronic-illness](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/56517085-sick-and-tired-and-sexy-living-beautifully-with-chronic-illness) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
