Perfect
Itโs perfect my only complaint is the hyper charge can destroy the battery and I understand that but I feel it could have been made more clear your never charging it that fast. None the less it charges in a great time and works perfect for camping, using tools, or just an overkill phone charger.

This device is awesome!
I ordered three of these with 200w solar panels and extra batteries. I wanted these for a few reasons. If there is a long-term power outage, I can keep my generators going for quite awhile, and fuel might be hard to come by during a long-term outage. These devices are quiet. I can run them in my house. I just wanted solar generators to power my boiler and my fridge. I estimate I can run my fridge for about 14 to 16 hours with one of these based on a 4 hour test, and that was without the expansion battery. I am not positive on the wattage my boiler uses, but I am sure my set-up would be able to run it for a long time as most boilers are a fairly low power draw.. I kind of agree with a previous reviewer. I think it might be better to get extra units instead of the extra battery packs if your use will fall below the 1400 watts that the generator can pass through as a UPS. The extra battery charges around 625w off outlet power. It has been snowing around here, and I have been unable to test the solar charging speed of the extra battery. If that is close to 600w, I will be happy with that. I know the extra units would charge quicker on a standard outlet than charging the extra batteries, and the expansion batteries cannot be charged independently. I like the idea of having multiple units as I get more wattage if necessary to run more devices. I do not want to run my entire house if there is a hack on the power grid. I just want to heat my house if it is cold or run my fridge and some fans in summer. I am going to install transfer switches at my panel to run my boiler and fridge. I also have a 400w Ego Nexus and six 5 AH batteries I can use to charge these generators should the need arise. It is an added benefit that I can take these camping. I bought everything on sale. It was $899 for the C1000 with a 200w solar panel. The extra battery was $550. For the money I spent buying three units, I could have bought an Anker F3800. However, I would still have to buy a lot solar panels to feed that unit which would be a significant additional expense. I also would not want to take an F3800 camping. I wish Anker would put a fan in the extra battery so it could be charged quicker and add a way for it to be charged independently. The battery is close enough to the same price as an extra unit that I am literally not sure if it is better to buy that or an additional unit. I also wish Anker would come up with a compartment like they did for their C800 model. They could even offer the lights to those who wanted them. I just think that would be a great place to store the cable. Edit: I ordered a kit which included the power station and a 200w solar panel. I only received tracking information for the power station. Amazon marked everything as delivered when the power station was delivered. My solar panels showed up about 5 days later. I wish it would have been marked by Anker as separate shipments because one item was delivered by UPS and the other by FedEx.

Great power bank
Great so far but I have not used it camping yet. I ran my CPAP on this with full humidity and heated tubing and it drained to 48 percent over night. AC charging is quick and easy while the solar is dependent on the day and the amount of sun. The weight is fine and not awkward to handle and no issues with power so far while using at home. For an update I used this camping in 34 degree weather and while the battery did hold up it dropped to 16 percent from 100 in 9hrs with just the CPAP using power. I will say a single 200W solar panel may not be enough depending on how much direct sunlight you get during the day.

Truck Driver approved
I was hesitant to purchase this just because I was unfamiliar with this type of product. However, after two inverters died on me I decided to give it a try. I am a tractor trailer driver and I have a coffee maker and microwave. Running the microwave to heat the meal used about 8% of the power. Making my coffee the next morning used about 4%. That means it will be no issue at all to use the microwave and the coffee maker all week long. I am home on the weekends. Of course this does not even matter as it comes with a 12 V charge cord as well as a household charge cord. I also purchased this as a package deal and got two 100 W solar panels. This as yet is untested. I donโt anticipate utilizing this unless it is an emergency. Having said that, because I am into preparedness ,I wanted to have it on hand. It is fantastic having the number of outlets that it has both standard AC as well as USB. I may have been hesitant initially but I am sold on this product now. Anker is a well-known name brand and has been around a long time. They make quality products. This works seamlessly with the app and everything can be monitored on it including how many watts you are using and the remaining time left. When charging it tells you how long it will take to charge.

Great combo package
After using this for dispersed camping in our small overlanding camper I have to say I'm impressed. This was our first try wirh electric powerbank and the beauty is having quiet power all night long. For context our camper is a 2023 Coleman Rubicon 1200rk. It handles the little demand it has very well and we were able to run our fridge, Lights, charge phones, and the water pump for the sink all night and in the morning had around 30% left. Pretty satisfied with that. The solar panels were the most impressive to me. I got up to a s over the wattage rating at some points of the day coming in and it charges the power bank quickly for being free! The UI is great, app is great , simple and elegant design. All around great powerbank and Anker had been my favorite for smaller powebanks forever which is why I tried them out. Weekend camper or need some extra power for get together, this is it. Overall I'd say 9/10.

Anker quality products and support. Couldn't be happier.
First, the support from Anker is amazing. I had a problem that was completely out of their control and they still made it right with me at a significant expense to themselves and they did so with no fuss at all. Great Service! The product is very nice. I bought the C1000 with the 200W solar panel and it's impressive what this little box can do. It was able to run my refrigerator and deep freezer both for over 5 hours with no incoming charge and starting at 98% It has LifePO4 cell(s) so it doesn't require any babying the battery. Just charge it whenever, however, and to whatever level you can/want and use it however you want and the battery should last for many years. I'm oversimplifying it and there are a few things you should watch for, but it's a FAR easier battery to take care of than lithium ion or (gag) NiMH. It couldn't be simpler to use and it offers plenty of power for most things we do with these, and it's a manageable size to carry. You're not going to take any device like this on a hike, but it's very easy to tote around a campsite or picnic. I cought it on a really good sale, and while the sale is going I"m strongly considering buying another one.

Junk. Bad customer service
Disappointed in both the power station AND customer service. Mine doesn't work like it should and Anker has refused to make it right. When I got it, no solar panels were included. Turns out they were shipped in a separate box that arrived days later. I see the ad has been updated to reflect that now. Plugged my unit into the wall, would not take a charge. Contacted Anker and got the run around. No resolution. Asking me to check this or that (Like I'm an electrician), send video/pics of it. Hello-- DOA. Well I accidentally left it plugged in over a 3 day weekend I was gone, and in that time it actually charged. OK, lets see how this goes. POwered a laptop for 3 hours before running out of juice. Charged it up, took over 5 hours to go from 2% to 100% definitely not fast charge. Discharged it again using a lamp and my laptop. Charged back up, again over 5 hours to charge from being plugged into my house wall socket. And to be sure, I used a different socket on a different breaker. Lastly, ran a small college dorm size refrigerator. Surprisingly ran almost 7 hours. My small Jackery 300 runs it almost as long. Tried the solar charging after running the fridge. Joke. Big Joke. Set it up pre-dawn so it could start charging when the sun came up. 11 hours later it went from 1% to 18%. Sunny day, few clouds, temps in the mid 70's, checked every hour and a half to ensure panels were in full sun, especially throughout late morning to late afternoon. Pathetic and not useful as a backup. If you're wanting this as a power outage backup or camping power supply where you plan on relying on the solar panels, don't bother. Might be ok for short term power outages as long as you don't need to plug anything serious into it. Just know customer service is awful, you can't send it back through amazon, nor will you get a refund. I'd have had more enjoyment setting my money on fire. It's the last Anker product I'll ever buy (and we own quite a few, so when those reach the end of their lifespan, they'll be replaced by other brands)

Seamless Interaction
It was exactly as I wanted. I appreciate the app as well to monitor the power station data. The order was shipped in 2 boxes from 2 carriers which I was not aware of. Their Customer Support could NOT have been more helpful with their timely follow up and accurate information. Absolutely seamless!

Excellent charge rate but solar panel design is not as pictured!
Overall very happy with the battery performance and charge rate. Unfortunately, the solar panel is not as great. Although it says it comes with the 531 panel, the panel shipped has straps with snaps that are used to alter the angle, unlike the Anker 531 solar panel which has a second arm with stops to adjust the angle. One of the snaps was seized out of the box and broke when opened. I also imagine the snaps will rust if exposed to the elements, unlike the design of the 531 panels featured on the Anker website.

BEWARE! Received the solar panel but no power station was delivered
I bought and paid for the Anker SOLIX C1000 Portable Power Station with 200W Solar Panel but only the solar panel was delivered and the status of my order shows 'delivered'. Two days later and Anker still hasn't answered my complaint.

Amazing piece of kit
This battery unit is my sole power supply in my van. Run a Chinese diesel heater, roof vent, and phone charger every night and can get 3 days out of one charge. Well built, will be sticking with Anker for my next purchase.

Shipping Confusion
Receive on the solar panels. The generator was not delivered. Update 18Jun24: spoke with Anker customer service, these items are shipped separately. Unfortunately, Amazon's tracking system recognizes the delivery of half the shipment as complete. 24Jun24 generator was received.
