Face Care Rejuvenating Night Cream, Plant Rich Moisturizer with Blue Gentian and Edelweiss

I’ve been searching for the perfect face night cream, and I think I’ve found it. It’s an excellent night cream that’s lightweight and contains natural ingredients. It’s also great for sensitive skin.

First time trying this brand and I’m totally in love with the soothing texture and moisture effect on my skin. It’ll be from now on my favorite night routine. My skin loves the texture and instant hydration. I have mature skin, have used much more expensive products and this one is my favorite! Been using it for 2 weeks and love how my skin feels in the morning; soft, healthy and glowing.

Really luscious cream for the skin. Weleda is a very very good product line in general; made in Europe - with excellent standards. This is a heavy rich night cream; may not be advisable for those with acne-prone skin and/or oily skin. But I am a woman of a certain age - and it's marvelous. The ingredients are best quality; fragrance is fabulous - natural and no perfumes ever. They package in glass - so this is a positive as well. This heavy cream may be too thick for some - but if you use only a pea-size dollop this is all you really need - applying too heavily isn't necessary nor wise. I find that my skin definitely appears well hydrated. I am happy with this product.

I love this as a winter night cream because it's so soothing for chapped skin. It feels very occlusive on the skin after applying, but in the morning I wake up with perfectly moisturized skin. It also smells so so good.

Editing my previous review - the cream is fine, I just made a bad mistake applying it to the delicate skin around my eyes which accentuated and made wrinkles worse.

At 51 yrs old my skin has become dry and most products get sucked right up. I put this on at night and I wake up and my skin still feels so nourished and soft. Love Weleda products!

Updated: As far as efficacy, I don't know. Yeah, I guess? But no better than another cream. The deal breakers are the following: it smells EXACTLY like a gin and tonic with lime. Now, while this is a pleasant aroma, it is strong. And I find it to be a little distracting and stimulating for bed time. The scent fades a but, but is invigorating to the point of distraction upon application. My skin can be sensitive, and it has felt slightly irritating on a couple of occasions. It goes in a tad sticky, where I'd prefer creamy or even oily - though I hear that's the mark of a good product. When it dries/sets, it seems to crumb off a bit. I layer over a serum and oil combo, the serum to look younger, the oil because it enhances the texture/application and I'm trying to get rid of it. After a few months of usage, I'm eager to be rid of it. Would not buy again.

This skin food is just amazing. I am sure it is slowly down my natural wrinkle process by firming my skin overnight. Well worth the purchase price. I use it on my neck to control wrinkly skin at the same time. I believe after 2 months of applications nightly I can confirm it works!

Excellente crème de nuit Je l’emploie depuis peu, mais je vois déjà une différence sur ma peau. Il y a un effet de régénération.
