You’re getting the cushion where it’s needed most for your lifts without the extra thickness around the rest of the belt.If you want the thickness all around you equally, I would go with the original. If you just want to focus the cushion on your back this is the one for you.The design and style is definitely with the all black one. Looks very sleek with whatever outfit you’re wearing.
