Review: A great boost to your immune system! - I started taking this ginseng about a month ago because I heard about it's effects on strengthening the immune system and helping the body cope with stress. I don't normally get ill, but the last 6-7 months before I started taking this supplement, I was really run down and constantly getting infection after infection. I decided to try something new and different and wasn't sure if there would be any effect. I'm pleasantly surprised with the results. I haven't been ill whilst taking this supplement, despite being around sick people most days and I don't look or feel run down anymore. I haven't had any side effects and I would definitely recommend trying this product to boost your immune system. I would say that the capsules are a large size, but are easy to swallow. Vegavero have great and friendly communication and next day delivery. I highly recommend them

It does what it says on the bottle, since I have been taking them my wife and son have both had the flu and usually I get it next ...... but no! .... I did not get it and feel great, so I gave some to my wife who had already had the flu with a bad cough for around a week. After three days she had got rid of the flu. so my wife and I will take regular.
