I want to use this on my outside tv because the glare affects the image. howevedont remember the size how do i meassure my tv to make susre this fits?

This TV screen protector is a matte material, which can alleviate the glare effect to a certain extent. The effect is better indoors, and the outdoor effect is not obvious. Just measure the length and width of the screen.

Its says dustproof, outrtv will be out on a patio in az where there is a lot of dust. will it really keep dust out or will we need to cover it?.

You will need a cover for outdoors

Does this work for a 65 inch touchscreen. Or will the touchscreen stop working?

Applicable, the TV protective film is a soft film, which does not affect the use of the touch screen.

Can this protect from a toy being thrown by a child? Or being bumped?

smaller toys yes. It will help. Will not stop a baseball....
