Good flavour, happy with the tea

Helps with digestion, makes me feel lighter when drank after the food.

If I'm absolutely honest, this tea actually tastes bad. It's bitter and difficult to drink like a normal tea. I would recommend not brewing this for too long, or as least not as long as recommended in the instructions, and just a bit at a time to keep the taste mild.Taste aside, apparently this tea is good for liver detox and promotes health and well-being, so I've been drinking this occasionally, but not too frequently.I've never had milk thistle tea before this, and so I was quite shocked by the taste at first, however, over time, it isn't that bad.£4.70 for a box of 20 tea bags isn't too bad in value compared to similar products, so this is worth trying if you're looking for a detox tea.

Totally useless, not working.

Wasn’t sure I would like this despite been quite open to most teas, but this was a pleasant surprise and enjoyable to drink. Easy on the planet and the health benefits are a bonus. Definitely recommend.
