As good as high street versions but much better value
I have written hundreds of reviews in regards to items sold through Amazon. The good, the bad and, sometimes, the ugly, in the main informative and of assistance to buyers. This review is based on my personal opinions gleaned as a result of decades of experiences in a professional occupation, using firearms for close to fifty years, outdoor pursuits, DIY, as a consumer, a property owner and raising a family.REVIEWThis Pair of Orthodic insoles are sold As a prime item through Amazon at a cost of £5.59Prime items come with a promise of next day delivery. You cannot rely on the next day delivery promise. There is no indication as to any potential additional postage charges for non prime members. The unit was delivered quickly even after my electing the no rush postal option.I was very surprised to find these to be as well made as they are. They are made of a rubber type material with sufficient movement to be pliable yet not so much so as to be spongy.Three decades plus of wearing boots when on uniformed duties have done my feet no favours thus the P F.These insoles do a marvellous job of providing relief in both shoe and boot type (Le Chameau Wellingtons) footware.I am a U.K. size 10 and the matching pair are an excellent fit.Overall, well made, do what they are meant to do at substantially (50%) less cost that the best value I have found on the high street in well known footware named store.I hope this review is of assistance to you but if so it is likely that Amazon will not allow the review

Good support
Great insoles, good arch support, feel slightly uncomfortable at first because your feet aren't used to being in the correct position any more but you will feel the benefits once your feet adjust

Not as padded as they could be
The product arrived on time, well packaged and in good condition. The padding on the items isn't as thick as I thought it would be and I invariably have to wear two at a time to get relief from my Plantar Fasciitis. Also the padding compresses very quickly which means the support disappears. Very cheap, however, overall worth the money but I don't think the padding will be sufficient to last very long.

My Son Is Pain Free For The First Time
I bought these for my 12 year old son, who has been suffering with ankle pain when he walks even short distances, for a long time. I had taken him to the doctors about it, and mentioned that he has no arches and his ankles roll inwards but we were told he would grow out of it. After another day of him being in pain I bought these insoles, not really expecting much. The difference was amazing, on the first day we had to walk a lot around a theme park and covered about 5 miles. My son was so happy and just kept saying how it was amazing he didnt have any pain. This is a total game changer for us as we can now walk the dog together and go out on long days out without worrying about him being in pain. I've ordered more pairs for all his other shoes.

No cushioning
Having never used arch support before, I'm not sure if it normal that they are so hard on the sole of my feet. Could be a bit more comfortable but seem to do the job and the 3/4 length is much more comfortable than I had anticipated

Comfort
My plant fasciitis on my feet they help with the pain when im walking. You sometimes just have to adjust them before putting your trainers or shoes on but apart from that they are great :-)

Good for trainers and with bare feet.
Quite small support lift , but comfortable to wear and fits inside my trainers and slippers , which full size insoles don't. Unsuitable for my other shoes since the band shows. I wear them around the house with bare feet on warm days (for which shoe inserts would be useless of course).
