Yes, there is a yellow pump on top of tank, you pump it a couple time and the water comes out the spray hose.

IT HAS AN AUTHENTIC "MACK TRUCK" FRON WHITH A LOT OF DETAILS AND THE REAR TANK. THE TANKER TRAILER IS A SEPERATE ITEM AND IS ORDERED SEPERATELY. IT IS A STAND ALONE TANK ON A TRAILER WITH A HITCH THAT CONNECTS IT TO EITHER TANKER TRUCK. WHEN CONNECTED TOGETHER YOU HAVE 2 TANKS, ONE ON THE TRUCK BED ITSELF AND ONE TOWED BEHIND ON IT'S OWN TRAILER. MY GRANDSON (8) HAS THE MACK VERSION WITH THE ATTACHED TRAILER. B OTH TANKS HAVE A PUMP AND A HOSE WITH AN ON-OFF SWICH. YOU FILL THE TANKS WITH WATER, PUMP THEM 15 TIMES AND THEN YOU CAN DISPENSE MAKE BELIEVE FUEL THRU THE WIND UP HOSES! A VERY BIG HIT!
