Good earpiece
Was having trouble with the regular ear piece falling out of ear. These stay put in my ear much better and the sound is good.

Used ear tip in my taped up package
Item arrived with 1 of the pieces taped back into the packaging. Was going to overlook that, but when I went to use that ear tip, I noticed that it would not go into my hearing aid due to the fact that there was a white tip from a ear wax guard that was stuck up inside the ear tip. Kind of disgusting to receive an ear tip that was likely previously used.
