I'm normally a 34 or 36, depending on the style of pants. I bought two of these- here's how it went.1) "Golden" in 36: barely made it over my butt. I absolutely couldn't button the waist.2) "Navy Blue 6502" in 36: wouldn't even pull up past my thighs. No joke, I couldn't even attempt to try to button them.I'll exchange for the 38s or 40s and see what happens, and then update my review.Absolutely horrible fit. But I love the unique looks, so I'll try again.*UPDATE*The size 40 in the Navy fit, although very poorly. Slightly loose around the waist, skin-tight on thighs, could barely walk.Also, removing a star because the zipper quality is super cheap, and because all cargo zipper areas are fake- there are no pockets, they are just for show. Lame.

I bought the style that has the pockets at the knee for pads so I can use this riding my motorcycle. The fit was great, and they look good. The only issue I have is that the pockets for the pads are well below the knee. It would work by hiking the leg up while riding, but would need to be take. Out right away when not. So no walking around with them in unless you want uncomfortable shaped pads well below the knee that are made for the joint. Will return for that reason only.

Be careful, the size are much big that expectations, buy a one number less, is not slim, is straight cut. The quality is good

Love them but just a little big. Not too long tho. Just right. I usually wear a 30”32
