And before you say it, no I'm not changing my review just because they bribed me or coerced me to help them out. As I noted in my initial comments, they do work well once you get the placement right. I didn't realize that they will do a free consultation with you to make sure the fit and magnetic strip placement is correct. I would HIGHLY suggest taking advantage of this. The directions are pretty clear but talking to them is really worth it. Also, bear in mind if you need the tiny or extra large nose piece you will need to reach out to them and they will send you one since they do not come with the set. Not a huge deal, just be prepared to wait a few extra days if you're in this situation. I tried breathe right strips after this and they actually gave me a headache because you can not customize the sizing like this product. So that's another huge bonus and makes the money worth it. All in all they are a small business launching a new product and the aspects below are completely understandable. Their great customer service and want to hear constructive feedback to improve goes a LONG way. READ BEFORE BUYING - - It works fairly well but has a lot of drawbacks you should know about before purchasing. It's a bit finicky to place the magnetic connector tabs in the correct spot if you're doing it by yourself in the mirror. I burned through 3 sets before I was able to place them in the right spot. Which isn't great considering how expensive they are. Price is another issue, while this works once you figure out your nose size and proper placement, it's pretty expensive all things considered. They also don't tell you that the starter kit does not come with the smallest and largest nose bracket so be aware. Finally, the adhesive is REALLY tough to wash off your nose. My normal face wash didn't work, so I had to use rubbing alcohol to get it off which isn't great for your skin. All in all they work better than the Breathe Right strips, just be prepared for a few drawbacks and extra bucks from your bank account.

I have been using a different easier breathing product for approximately 25 years, per the insistent pleading of my wife. I am a widower for the past 18 years and am adverse to a lot of new and so touted better ideas that work miracles. I was going to pass on the Intake product due to the cost, thankfully I did not do that. Intake has completely changed my sleep habits. I am able to sleep through the night for the first time in 25 years. I have a deviated septum and the Intake system has allowed me to breathe easier than I have ever done in 25 years. The only downside is the cost, and application of the pads. A very small price or inconvenience to put up with comfort I haven't had for so very long. I highly recommend this product, and if it works for you like it does for me, just say thanks in your sleep to me.

This is magical. My floppy nasal tissue (I have hypermobile ehlers danlos - if you know, you know) makes it hard for me to breathe through my nose. This helped lift my nose tissue while wearing, and I can get so much more air in. It’s magical. No pain, just a slightly odd feeling while wearing. It’s like a supportive brace for my nose. I love it. The clear color also kind of gives cyborg vibes, which I enjoy.

I have had sinus problems my entire life. 2 sinus surgeries, 2 turbinate reductions, many, many, many boxes of breathe rights strips. Side note, the best thing I did for my sinuses was to give up dairy many years ago, but it just wasn't enough to breathe at night. I wore breathe right strips for decades. They helped some but never solved the problem. The minute I lay supine, one side (sometimes both sides) of my nose will clog up. I never feel well rested as a result. I was desperate so I thought I would try Intake after my doctor suggested it. If you are looking for a miracle, these aren't it. However they do work substantially better than Breathe Right (BR), and you don't destroy your nose with Afrin. Pros: They adhere much better than BR and stay put all night. (They still require you to clean your nose with alcohol before application.) The pads are softer and thinner than breathe right, so they are much more comfortable. The band is harder than BR and does open my nostrils more allowing more airflow. Cons: The pads are expensive at double the cost of the breathe right. They are difficult to get positioned correctly. That is probably the most frustrating part. These will not be the miracle product for many people who struggle with sinus problems. They certainly were not for me, but they do work much better than BR and are definitely worth the cost. It took me a week to get them in the right place for me. My nose is very thin and I feel like they work better if placed slightly above where they suggest. So I would try different locations if just above the nostril doesn't work for you. I bought the starter pack at $59 and would recommend that you try them at that price point and see if they work for you. Although they were not a miracle cure for my breathing issues when I sleep, I would recommend them. They do provide relief, and that is huge when you don't sleep well because you cannot breathe. They are definitely worth the cost and time it takes to get them adjusted properly. I will continue to use them.

I liked the idea of a stronger nose opening effect. Ive tried many nose strips for breathing and always wanted a bit more pull on my nose to open airways better. These do that…. While it works that is. Ive had them for a week or so, used them every night so far to give it a chance. Each day i woke up disappointed in this purchase. Problems and why i will not use those going forward. 1. It is way over priced. Its the most expensive nose strip type product I have ever seen. 2. The black nose holder comes in four sizes and they are all almost the same size. I have a relatively small nose and i barely Notice a difference. How anyone with a large nose uses these i have no idea. They do not have much depth, meaning if the bridge of your nose sticks out too far, none of these will fit you. I had to use the third largest just to get it to not press into the bridge of my nose so hard it left a mark, and hurt. 3. The nose pieces are not flexible at all. Covered in a thin soft plasticy coating, its super stiff and does not bend at all. This would cause it to pull open my nose more, but comfort wise didnt work. It also would pop off constantly if the side of my nose pressed against my pillow, the other side would detach from the magnets or worse, take the magnet off completely. 4. Each tab you put on your skin has a metal disc inside it. Seems great in theory except the adhesive isn’t strong enough for the amount of force it uses to open your nose. The never stayed on the entire night, frequently the sticky side would get scrunched together and become unusable. Several nights they only lasted a few hours and i had to just remove it. Not a great feeling when its 50-60 bucks to get the metal discs refilled every thirty days. This product sucks. I cant tell if they just didnt test these much or they opted to scam people but do not purchase. I regret it and will be going back to a normal nose strip.

Intake Breathing Nasal Dilator – Good Concept, But Packaging & Price Need Improvement I recently tried the Intake Breathing Nasal Dilator to help improve airflow during sleep and sports activities. While the concept is great and the product does work in opening up nasal passages, there are a few key drawbacks that make me question whether it's worth the price. What’s in the Package? The package includes black magnetic pieces (nasal dilators) in different sizes along with the adhesive bands. This is where my main issue lies—instead of including just one size per package (e.g., all small, all medium, or all large), they mix different sizes together. This makes it difficult because if only one size fits me, the rest of the pieces are useless. It feels like a waste, especially considering the high price. Effectiveness & Comfort The nasal dilator itself does seem to work. It opens up my nasal passages, making it easier to breathe, especially at night and during physical activity. However, finding the right fit can be frustrating due to the mixed sizes. If the wrong size is used, it either doesn’t stay in place well or feels uncomfortable. Price vs. Value Another concern is the cost. The price is quite expensive compared to other nasal dilators or even regular nasal strips. Given that part of the package might go unused because of the size issue, it makes the value even more questionable. If Intake Breathing sold packages with just one size per pack, I’d feel like I was getting my money’s worth. Final Verdict: Needs Better Packaging & Price Adjustment Overall, while the Intake Breathing Nasal Dilator does help with nasal airflow, the mixed-size packaging is frustrating, and the price is hard to justify. If they offered size-specific packs and lowered the price a bit, it would be a much better product. Until then, I’m not sure if I’d repurchase. ⭐ Rating: 3/5 – Good concept, but needs better packaging options and a fairer price point.

These are amazing!!!! Takes a few tries to find the perfect placement for you but ive been getting much better sleep and it actually keeps my nose open all times of night. Regular nose strips usually lose their umph by the time I’m waking up. The adhesive is super strong and it’s easy to take off. Only downside is it’s expensive to refill the patches. But directly through the intake website you can easily subscribe for a monthly refill for 24.99. Another plus is my nose tends to get stuffy and I use tissues a lot. With the intake I can just pop the bar off, blow my nose and put it back on no problem. Regular nose strips always caused issues when I went to blow my nose after putting them on.

I've tried a lot of alternatives to this - both the various 'strips' that apply directly to your nose as well as the inserts that are supposed to open up your nasal passages. Given the design and ads pushed to me, I figured this was at least worth a try. First and foremost - this WORKS REALLY WELL! I sleep more sound as my nasal passages stay open and uncongested through the entire night. When I wake up in the morning I find I am still able to breath very clearly and fully through my nose. This also prevents the dry mouth and throat (as well as coughing) that would develop through the night without this. My wife has also told me that I snore much less now as well and I no longer wake up in the middle of the night feeling like I need to catch my breath. Once you get the hang of attaching the small adhesive tabs to your nose, they apply very quickly and easily (it takes a little practice). It's key to ensure the sides of your nose are clean and without oils. I apply them right after washing my face before applying any moisturizer or other product. Directions for use are included as videos that you can scan directly on your phone - make sure you pay attention for how to select the right 'spreader' - bigger is not better and you want to select the most appropriate size. Removing the adhesive tabs int he morning is simply once you get the hang of it. Washing with warm water helps and the residue from the adhesive washes off easily. Refills are reasonably priced if you buy in bulk and select the subscription option on Amazon.
