Returning item
I've many Smeg products and they are great but, as other customers have mentioned, this one was disappointing, I've tried with different kinds of milk but the foam is very little or inexistent. I've the same frother in an apartment in Spain and works perfectly fine, just out of curiosity I'd like to know if there is some issue with UAE voltage?

Good quality frother, easy to clean
This is a premium, good quality frother for heating the milk to the right temperature for making cappucinos. It’s much better than using the milk attachment that comes with any coffee machine due to the ease of cleaning.

SMEG Milk Frothed Disappointed
Disappointed with the SMEG item doesn’t have a 110v or 120v electrical connection to outlet, aside from paying a high price on the SMEG, you are not able to use it, what’s the point of spending more, to get an extra power to adapt the electrical connection, I waited a long time to receive the product to use it right away, and got disappointed.

pretty doesnt do the job
u can only froth milk... dont think u can be cute and add cocoa powder to make yourself some hot chocolate, no... just milk... like why pay almost 1000 for a cup of warm milk?i can do that on the stove and secure the temp i want

Fantastic frothing
This machine froths really well, particularly with whole (rather than semi skimmed) milk. Easy to unpack and get going, easy to use. Milk jug has room to froth a decent quantity of milk. Jug cleans in dishwasher so easy clean

Excellent, very pleased.
We like everything about this. Our old frother broke and reviews favoured this one from many sources, not just Amazon. It’s spacious, it froths soy milk well, the milk is hot too. It is dishwasher safe too. Yes it’s expensive compared to some brands but well worth the investment. We have had ours six months now and it still looks as good as new despite using daily, often more. Easy to use too.
