INTRODUCTION -Mini-magnetic hook, compact and lightweight, inlaid with a super-strong force of the latest generation of magnetic king called super permanent magnet, which can be strongly attracted by iron, steel, nickel and other ferromagnetic material. -Three layers of nickel coating, not only makes the product surface as bright as the mirror, but also greatly reinforce its corrosion resistance. IMPORTANT NOTICE: -Distance Distance between the base of magnetic hook and surface of attracted item is critical. It must be as minimum as possible: 0.004-inch distance (such as a sheet of paper, or 0.004-inch thickness of painting) will give rise to a 45% attractive force off, It becomes 90% off when the distance is 0.028-inch. -Thickness of attracted item Thickness of attracted item is another key point, too thin iron bar will give rise to a very low magnetic puling force because of magnetic saturation. The suggested minimum thickness is 0.08 inch if you want to take full advantage of our strong permanent magnetic hooks. Thickness of 0.04-inch will lead to a 36% attractive force off. Thickness of 0.02-inch means 66% attractive force off. -Vertical or Horizontal hanging? Vertical hanging is recommended, though hanging method of horizontal is used in the most common place. Capacity of horizontal hanging method is determined by roughness of the attracted item's surface, it is much smaller than the vertical hanging's according to the results of my experiment performed on 0.4-inch steel plate. see pictures advertised.
