What to Expect: The Toddler Years 2nd Edition

The first half is a month-by-month of what to expect and when to worry (or not) when your (grand)child is different. The second half is health related, from sunburn prevention to treatment of injury. A lot of very practical and useful information. My Bible.

Very informative for first time parents or those just needing a brush up on the complexities of toddlers ;)

The "What To Expect" range of books is a MUST read for any new parent. The books are extremely thorough covering all kinds of topics and questions that new parents ask. Very informative and "neutral".

I haven’t gotten to read the book yet but when this arrived it was a flawed/defective book that should not have been sold as a new book. The bindings in the book has over 30 pages that are folded and unbind. Very hard to read and turn the page.

Really good. A bit too much information- but I guess it’s to cover “everyone’s” needs/concerns/questions. A good addition to your library.

I'm finding it very hard to read this book as the font is extremely small (although I'm reading it with glasses on!). Seems to me there was a problem during printing and I would request a replacement with proper font size if possible.

A very useful book, especially when you are at your first child. We may have consulted the baby-edition more often, but even the toddler book offers wonderful advice, always given as an option and not as a must and with great sense of humour. Chapters in the toddler-edition might have been better off in a topic order, but it is still a must have and read in our house.

ho preso tutta la serie da quando sono rimasta incintas. Pieno di notizie, non prende parti su quali filosofia abbracciare ma da i pro e contro di tutto. Inoltre pieno di esempi e spiegazioni utilissime

Very good book to help parents and practitioners who are working with toddlers. All toddlers can develop at slightly different rates so this works on the average age stage of development. Remember all children are individuals some children progress quickly physically in their motor skills some maybe in communication and language . Don’t stress too much but this gives you a good idea where they need to be or working towards.

Livre vraiment fantastique avec de bons conseils pour tous les parents. Ma fille a 3ans et je le consulte encore regulierement. Il donne des conseils sur un peu toutes les situations qu'on peut rencontrer avec les enfants. Quoi faire pour mieux gerer les "terrible two", quoi faire pour aider avec la rentree en maternelle quand ca ne se passe pas tres bien, quand les enfants ont de la fievre, quand est-ce qu'il faut leur donner des medicaments ou les emmener a l'hopital...
