These were a Christmas gift purchased in December 2025. They quit working in May 2026. They lasted 5 months. My son loved them but now it's very disheartening to have them stop working in a 5-month period. He took excellent care of them so no they were not dropped or cared for carelessly.

For someone who’s older and not hip to new age tech and AI I decided to order a pair of these and try them out. They're very user friendly. The quality of the camera is amazing, it translates easily with just a push of a couple buttons. It only has a handful of languages, but they are common languages to Americans. They also block the sun really well as most all Ray-Bans do. They don’t look or feel much different than normal sunglasses. Their weight isn’t even noticeable when wearing. They fit nicely and they look like the classics. I have to mention the Meta App. It’s super easy to use and the fun and useful things with it are so great! Really! You can actually play around with photos and make animations and videos! So at any rate, these glasses only cost a hundred bucks or so more than the non-AI ones. I 100% recommend buying a pair of these.
