So far so good
Have been using these sanding pads for a while now to finish wood to a high-grit smoothness. I also find the larger yellow grip to be useful.

great starter set for sanding, and details an orbital sander can't get
this is perfect for things like chair legs and stair railings the grit is of quality and the sander itself is comfortable to hold and use.

Works Well, Comfortable Grip, and Lots of Sanding Pads!
We have used this kit several times now, for different jobs around the house, and I am extremely pleased with it! I love the 2 different size sanding blocks, and they are both very easy & comfortable to grip. The material is firm but a little squishy, so it gives just enough to remain effective but avoid hand cramping. The round sander is about the size of a standard door knob (inside door), and the other block is about 5" x 3".So far, I have used the round sander on my headlights - prepping for a ceramic coating - and the larger sander is great for those edge & corner jobs around the house. We have an older mobile home, so I am constantly finding upgrade jobs, and this kit has been extremely handy! The pads stay on without shifting, the sanding blocks are the most comfortable I have ever used, and this kit includes a plethora of different grit pads. This is just a great sanding kit, and I think everyone should have one!

handy little sanding kit to add to your collection
This is a great little sanding kit. If you are just starting out woodworking or if you just want some additional tools for your projects. Being a weekend DIYer and handyman/woodworker guy I am always looking for more tools to help with my projects. One thing we all hate is sanding. So, when I saw this I grabbed right away. I have only had it for a short time but have had the opportunity to put it through its paces. This is my take on this kit.1st of all it comes with two very nice sanding pads that are made of a soft/squishy material almost like a nerf football. They conform to your hands very well but are ridged enough to hold their shape without too much distortion. The hook and loop that attaches to the sanding discs holds very well without slipping off. I have other sanding pads with this same concept, but they are made of a harder rubber material and your hands/fingers tend to cramp up after extended use. I did not have that happen with these pads. The sanding discs themselves are decent quality and they will hold up to most sanding tasks as long as you clean them often. I find that an old toothbrush or hard bristle brush works well for this. Once your pad gets clogged it is pretty useless and can actually add more scratches to whatever you are sanding. These sanding discs do not have the holes in them because they are not made for your power sanders and so they do not get caught on the corners of your work. I am not sure if the small discs are easily available in the big box stores, but you can get them on Amazon. This is a great little sanding kit, and I can definitely recommend it. I will get many years usage out of it.

Pretty good, basic sanding block
The larger of the two sanding blocks is a pretty standard size and shape these days. For my larger-than-average hands, it's a tad on the smaller side, and I find the angle a little difficult to use (my fingers rest on the front strangely, and the back doesn't reach my palm properly). But the product seems to be made of the same quality material I've gotten from my local home center, and the sandpaper appears to be of a decent quality as well. (Although some of the grits are ridiculous for woodworking.)Overall, It's a nice sanding block. I'm not sure how often I'll use the small round one, but I could see it being handy if you had a small surface to sand, or if it fit your hand particularly well.
