Some of the pieces don’t fit properly, making it unusable
I was happy to find this product because I need something to help my short, elderly mother safely get into my SUV. Unfortunately there is an essential cross-brace piece that doesn’t work - there are 2 plastic pieces that are supposed to fit into the metal cross-brace to enable it to sit nicely /attach between the bars that support the handrail, but there is no way to actually fit them in (I even tried tapping them with a hammer to see if I could wedge them in, but no luck). Sigh. It’s too bad, because otherwise the product seems good.
