Love this computer so far.
I bought this for my 5 year old for school. So far my child and I love this computer. Very happy with my purchase.

Very bulky. Only runs 32-bit version of ChromeOS.
I've owned this machine for a couple of years now. Here's my PROS and CONS:PROS- Nice keyboard with plenty of room for even bigger hands- Well-built and rugged compared to other laptops- Touch screen works fairly well and is responsive- Charges with USB 3.0 plug- Supports HDMI over USB 3.0 so you can use two external monitors (USB 3.0 and HDMI ports)- Does fairly well with Android and Linux apps- Will receive ChromeOS updates until June 2025CONS- Heavy and bulky, especially in tablet mode- Only 1 USB 3.0 A-type port- Only runs 32-bit ChromeOS (most run the 64-bit version)- Been running slower on newer versions of ChromeOS (currently running v85)- Not Full HD (I know, that's rare for an 11.5" screen)This was a pretty good Chromebook when I purchased it two years ago. Compared to other Chromebooks available today, this one is getting a little long in the tooth. For what it costs, there are definitely better options. You can even get Full HD Chromebooks at this price point.

The computer is great but it is listed as new and it factory refurbished. Don’t fall for it!!!!!
