Thin and ineffective
This is very thin for a cream. It really just goes on like lotion, so it does not really adequately cover the feet. I have used other urea creams which were significantly thicker and they were more effective. This claims to be 42%, which is on the upper end of concentration, but I find it a little hard to believe. Other creams with this high of a percentage will slightly burn or tingle on the back side of my hands, but I felt nothing with this. I wouldn't purchase this again.

Ok
I’m not as thrilled about these as I was the 40% one I bought last year. These don’t get the tough dry skin on my feet.It is ok, just not great.

quick absorbing moisturizer
The cream is between light and heavy with slight lavender scent. I applied it on my feet each day, the cream was absorbed rapidly after some massages, no greasy feeling. It sealed the moisture well but felt the sealing time lasted shorter than expected. It works well as moisturizer but for the thick and cracked skin, the cream is a little light to me.

healing properties of urea Plus salasylic acid
if you have extremely rough and bumpy skin on your lower arms, legs or feet this is the product for you. Better than any prescription. I have tried several to no avail. But you must use twice a day for best results. The scaly bumps will soften up and a wet washcloth in the shower will taken them away. Not instantly so be patient. The very mild lavendar scent does not seem to bother my skin, but there is an unscented version. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. Also, Amazon is the only place I could find it.
