This kit is very easy to use. In terms of the bit everyone dreads, getting the blood, you don't even see a needle. The finger prick device is spring loaded, you just press it against you finger, there's a 'click' then the blood appears. I didn't even feel it. Well worth reading the tips like having a hot shower before or warming your hand in some water first. A few drop is all that is needed to fill the small vial, then I popped a plaster on, but to be honest the bleeding stopped within a couple of minutes and there was no soreness so I took it off.For £30, and 2 minutes of my time, I consider this to be amazing value, I want to keep an eye on my general health as I'm going to spend £30-50 every 6m just checking that everything is OK.
