The fan was extremely noisy from the beginning, and now it has completely stopped working. Unfortunately, the company is refusing to send a technician and is asking me to bear the transportation cost to send the fan all the way to Delhi for repair.What is even more disappointing is that they do not have any service centre anywhere else in India. This should be clearly mentioned to customers before purchase. Not disclosing such an important service limitation is extremely misleading.On top of that, the customer service experience has been pathetic and the response has been far from satisfactory. I honestly wish there was an option to give 0 stars.Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend don't buy anything from this brand

Working but not satisfying
I've been using it for over a month and the fan is good for small rooms but if you have a spacious rooms then it's a problem. But it is manageable but the reason for 3 star is that it says 390 rpm in description on Amazon but when i recieved it was 360 rpm so it will surely going to affect it.Quality of the product and packaging was good, cleaning of blades needed every week and at full speed it makes sound.I will not recommend buying it, and don't trust amazon description, i got fooled by it

Good Fan with enough Air swing
Works Good. Speed is enough for a room, Just slows down once speed is controlled through a dimmer.
