I bought this as part of my Halloween costume and when it arrived I tried it on and it was perfect. When it came to the day I found it very uncomfortable as the neck tie rests against your neck and it feels very uncomfortable, almost feeling strangled.I will think twice before making any decisions next time when the item is done up around the neck

Cheap and nasty. The cloak looks nothing like it does in the picture.Returned for refund
