A good thumb support that certainly helped me when I had a painful joint

Great product but bit uncomfortable for holding

Thumb tendonitis is such a pain and this product definitely gets the 'thumbs up' from me. By far the best splint I've bought on here. Comfortable, breathable, with a soft mesh protector inside so my hand isn't getting sore from the sturdy material. A*.

I chose the medium sized and it is an excellent fit and supports my thumb. The metal/solid strip was important for me as to ensure the thumb would remain in position

The thumb strap slips off the top of the thumb and it is not as comfortable as the other one I purchased which is a different manufacturer. It does give some support but I only wear it while the other is being washed and dried. The velcro is ok but again the strap on the thumb is easily caught as it slips off or catches on something and comes undone. Also I bought my usual size but it doesn't fit as well as others

I mean, it's not a deal-breaker, just something I'd tweak if given the chance.A quick anecdote: I was about to bake cookies for the holiday season, when I realized my thumb was aching just thinking about the dough kneading. Enter the AGPTEK brace, and you know what, I managed to power through without being bogged down by pain. Overall, for a brace in this price range, it really does its job. It's certainly a handy companion, albeit with a minor room for comfort improvement. But hey, nobody's perfect, right? Besides, its core functionality—thumb stabilization—is quite adept, making it a worthwhile addition to my everyday toolkit against arthritis's little annoyances.

Sprained my thumb somehow and was really struggling to get it to heal. Bought this and it just worked. Very comfortable and really helped. In my medikit bag now just in I or anyone else in my family need this in the future.
