I got this for my guest room and recently had company and asked them to try it out. First when I got it it had a dirt spot on it straight from the box, as seen in the photo. I don't worry about things like that to much as I always wash blanket and sheets before use, I'm surprised by how many people don't do this. This does come with a nice mesh bag for washing but I haven't used that I just wash it by itself in the machine. The spot came out no problem. As I was excited for this because my guest room can run hot even with the central AC. I put it at the bottom of the bed and waited for company to come. I will admit that I don't really like the look of the blanket. The stitching is not my style but if it worked then who really cares. Well company came and I asked them to let my know how it was. The two nights they used it just slid right off the bottom of the bed. They could not speak to the wonderful cooling powers that so many reviews talk about because it wouldn't even stay on the bed. I'm not giving up yet and will keep trying but it just seems so slippery.

This is a super interesting blanket and I've not seen any products like this before. This is a great alternative though to traditional blankets/sheets/comforters or whatever because they always get too hot! This actually does feel like it has some form of cooling effect.I think the big difference between something like this and just a thin sheet is the weight. The blanket itself is "light weight" in the sense that it does feel like it helps keep you cool but it has more weight than a straight bedsheet and is more akin weight-wise to a standard thick blanket. I really like this because it still gives you that comfortable pressure and isn't so easy to get trapped up in it, like getting wrapped around your legs or underneath you, like typical bed sheets do.Overall really interesting blanket and really love the size as well. Nice addition to have considering it is so different and I'm really interested to give this a try as the nights get hotter rather than just using a thin sheet.

Was getting a new comforter and sheets for my bed, and figured I order this to replace a threadbare blanket that we'd been using between the sheet and comforter. Very happy with the results -- the blanket is very soft and comfortable. I usually hate the feeling of a blanket against directly against my skin and always make sure that the sheet is in between; but, this one is very soft and comfortable, even when it slides against my skin in the middle of the night.As such, it's definitely nice as it's getting warmer to be just under this blanket and not the comforter or sheet. So, not sure I really feel it as being inherently "cooling"; but, it's definitely comfortable to use as-is providing a great summer option for anyone that can only sleep under a blanket but doesn't want to get overheated.Looks really nice and feel very sturdy. Have only washed it twice thus far, but it looks like it's going to hold up much better than thinner blankets I typically use for this.Deducting a point only because it doesn't seem inherently cooling, as advertised. And, it's a little pricier than I would typically spend for a bedroom blanket. But, otherwise, it's phenomenal!Very happy I got this!

This blanket surprised me with how it cools. The bumpy side feels substantially cooler when you touch it. My son loves to have it on his bed to cool his feet when he’s relaxing. When he feels too warm, instead of lowering the AC, he lays on the blanket and enjoys the cooling sensation. When the coolness runs out in one spot after a while, he just moves to another spot until it’s all even again. And the blanket gets cool again very quickly. The blanket is very well made; no loose stitches or strings. The edges are well sewn. One thing to note: this is not a soft, cozy blanket. It’s a blanket you use to give you a relieving cooling sensation. It’s about the size of a standard throw blanket. I recommend having at least one of these in the house.

First off, this blanket is Cozy and Comfy!It's not just a thinner blanket, it has some weight so you can get bundle up in it,but the material it's made from allows air passes through to keep it from get to hot while you sleep.It comes with a mesh bag for storage and it's machine washable which is nice.The feel and texture the blanket has is nice, soft and cool. I would love to find pillowsmade of this!So, if you're looking for a cooling blanket, grab one! It looks good on the bed as well!
