I think the review of this would largely depend on what you were using it for. For a hernia or something I'd say it would work well because it gives pretty decent umbilical located support. I was looking for something with better support over the device as a whole post abdominoplasty and didn't get that. It is very padded and bulky which not only makes it very warm but itchy and difficult to hide under clothing. Also the bands in the back started to fold down with regular use and there isn't any velcro on the ends to tack it down so it's just flopping in the breeze.

Just having open ventral hernia repair surgery and having a large incision, I have now tried alot of binders. Most are uncomfortable and roll down which doesn't help. This one is so much better then all the rest! I wear it over my shirt so I have a little more padding while my incision heals, but the double closure makes it so much more supported. Helps when sleeping also! I'm going to order a 2nd!

My wife developed a hernia from her many cancer treatment surgeries. This Alpha abdominal support works. We've tried 1 or 2 others for comfort, but do not provide the excellent support of this one. The only thing is that eventually the stays may work loose and poke. To solve this, I hand see at the ends of the stays on arrival for reinforcement, problem solved. Now, if they produced a "summer" material for comfort in our hot weather, I would buy in bulk. We have recommended this Alpha brace to other patients at the Cancer center. Excellent product, will purchase again.

I had a hernia but it says it don’t roll. Yes it does and digs in the flesh especially if one isn’t skinny

This is pretty much perfect. My hands are arthritic so everything is difficult for me. I recently had hernia surgery that was a combo of open and lapro. The binder the hospital sent me home with was very difficult for me to maneuver on my own. My hands just don't work well enough. This one is easier and way more comfortable and still very supportive.

Used this after abdominal surgery. It worked great, better than the cheap one I received from the hospital. Highly recommend.

This is great for light to moderate support with great adjustment options with the design.
