Product shipped very quickly and even arrived early. Ear piece arrived fully charged. I have not had it run out of battery power yet while using it. It charges very quickly. I like that you can just drop it in the case and it charges back up, no fumbling around with needing to attach a charging cord. I have not traveled with it yet but I like that fact that the charging case also has a back up charge and can recharge the ear piece with out being plugged in as well. I use a single ear piece while I am out walking, fishing, and working in the garden. It is nice to have one ear free to hear what's going on around me and still be able to enjoy my podcasts and streamed music services. No one has said anything negative in regards to sound quality while speaking on phone calls. It comes with several different ear piece inserts so you will have no trouble finding one that fits comfortably. I have purchased several products from this supplier and have been happy and pleased with all of their products as well as their customer service. Pricing is a great value. Ear pieces are sleek and stylish and relatively small and light. If you are looking for a good value, quality sound and comfortable wear I suggest giving these folks a try. I love the Jinreoo Bluetooth Earpiece V5.1 for several reasons.First is the battery display charging case which fits conveniently in my purse. Tells how much battery charge I have remaining on my earpiece, so I know when to recharge my earpiece. The carry case also keeps the earpiece free of dust and any other debris such as spills and food while charging. You never have to wonder where to put your earpiece when not in use causing you to have to search for it. Other earpieces I have bought in the past did not have this feature, and can’t tell you how many times I have misplaced the earpiece and/or lost it having to purchase another one.Second is not only does it not fit perfectly on my ear, but it automatically turns on once I take it out of the case. This is such a hassle free feature, because it saves me time having to push the on/off button waiting for it to turn on and connect to my iPhone. I can’t tell you how many times other earpieces without the case I have to turn on I mistakenly turn off only to have to turn on again. Very annoying!Third are the volume and the distance in which I am able to hear clearly the conversation I am having with individuals in various environments. I can even leave my phone upstairs in my bedroom walk around upstairs and downstairs throughout my house answer the phone, talk, and hear clearly on my phone. This is an important feature, because I am often talking to doctors and/or handling important phone calls.Fourth the earpiece is cost effective, stylish and appealing to the eye.
