Merrell Men's Moab 3 Waterproof Boots

I absolutely, love these black Merrell Men's Moab 3 Waterproof hiking shoes! I wear a size 10 in a female tennis shoe. I bought these men's tennis shoes because I have owned a pair years ago. They are fantastic! They look really good on my feet. They grip the surface well. They are extremely, comfortable and look great with my clothing. I prefer the black ones because you can barely see that they are tennis shoes. They fit like a glove. They are not large and bulky for a female to be wearing. They look normal, but are really roomy. I love them!

These are wonderful hiking shoes! I gifted them to my husband for Christmas and he loves them.

I have had a pair of Moab 2 vent for years. They are some of the best fitting and comfortable shoes that I have had. I just replaced them with the Moab 3 waterproof in the same size and they were completely different. They were much more narrow, Merrell didn't list any wide sizes so I replaced them with the next 1/2 size up. They fit a bit better but not nearly like the Moab 2 Vent. The 1/2 size smaller regular width in the Moab 2 is much wider than the Moab 3. I do really like the Merrell Moab 2! I just bought a different pair for hunting in warm weather. They fit Great, they are also much wider than the Moab 3. I wish they would be consistent with their sizes between styles. We are not comparing boots to sneakers or dress shoes. We are comparing hiking boots that visibly you can't tell the difference.

So far, Merrell has failed to disappoint. I have 2 pairs of Moabs (Ventilator and WP) and both are well constructed, holding up fine with no unexpected/premature failures. Due to the lacing system, my 6" Ventilator's seem to hug my foot like no-other shoe I own, in a very satisfying way. I have some pretty wide feet and the W(ide) toebox is sufficient to keep my feet happy. Not so for other brands. The Vibram soles are tough, long lasting and a time-proven material. I have many shoes/boots and, so far, Merrell seems to have kept the quality up making them a solid choice. Lastly, I am not a hard-core hiker, climber or extreme outdoorsman. My use is mostly general urban stuff mixed with maybe 30% trail use.

Comfortable, high quality shoes. They are my husbands favorite walking shoe.

My husband normally wears an 11w After reading reviews, I ordered him a half size bigger and the fitting perfect. When you first put them on, he said I can't even tell.I have shoes on my feet.And that's saying something for him to give a shoe that type of review
