the loop to connect the strap on the bag does not sit well and the handle slides up which is quite inconvinient.

Difficult to put on the purse handle and can’t secure it tight. The strap buckle keeps on falling down. Purchased this item and never able to use it and can’t return it either.

Apparently the straps did not fit well in the bags I bought for my wife and her daughter. So I returned them. It does not mean they are of poor quality.
