Qualities are not much different from ID.
ID Italy is slightly better, but there isn't much difference; the only difference I feel is the colour.On average, I will say it is a decent product.

Loved it!
Loved the entire Khetika batter range. Much better than other (premium) batters just like batter at home. Makes fluffy idlis and yummy dosas. Go for it! Loved Ragi, millet, moong chilla and palin one dosa batters.

Loved the taste and able to use after 2 days
Loved the taste and able to use it again after keeping 2 days in the refrigerator.Earlier I used ID but this one is better in taste and able to use after 2-3 days. Does not become sour.

Mixer has v Little urad dal
Its has 90 percent rice n may b 10 percent urad dal.

The mix i received has perennial flaws. The iddly doesn't puff up.
