Easy to apply and clean up afterward.
One gallon covered approximately 320 square feet of a brick-and-mortar sidewalk using an ordinary tank garden sprayer.I applied 2 coats. 1 gallon per coat. The sidewalk looks great. We have no data on how well it works as a water barrier yet. I am trying to keep moisture from penetrating the mortar, freezing, and breaking the brickdx

Works great!
My husband used BEEST Concrete Sealer CS-9000 on our outdoor patio slab coming out of our sliding door, and I’m very impressed with the results! This was a slab that he had poured himself, and he is by no means a professional so I thought maybe this would help smooth things up a bit. The application was straightforward, and since it's water-based with zero VOC, there were no majorly harsh fumes. It absorbed well into the concrete, leaving a clear, natural finish without changing the look of the surface.After a few heavy rains, I noticed how well it repels water—everything beads up beautifully, showing that it’s really doing its job.Overall, highly recommend this sealer for anyone looking to protect their outdoor concrete, stone, or brickwork! It's a quality product at a great price and definitely delivers on durability and protection. We have had it for nearly a year on our concrete surface and its still doing well.

Better for newer brick walls
It claims to seal old and restore deteriorated concrete. Not the case we did one side of house 3 times and still leaked. We tore out the sheetrock and just like a pin cushion came in everywhere. We used a different product on other side of home, and it seemed to stop the leaks. This product should be at most a preventive measure. But not a water stopper. Repellant only, sorry guys.

Much better than patching with silicone caulk
You can either use a roller or a sprayer for this sealant. I chose a cheap Chapin sprayer. Chapin recommends only one of their much more expensive models for these types of sealants because the sealant can damage the seals on the sprayer. I'm only using it once, so I got the cheaper sprayer because it will keep working for a while as long as I clean it out when I'm done and the one they recommend is ten times the price. I got this for my cracked patio and pathway. I patched some of the cracks with silicone sealant, but it only fills in the cracks and doesn't prevent new ones from occurring and doesn't keep salt from staining it. This does, so better late than never. If you are filling deep cracks it will take a few coats. It goes on clear and doesn't look ugly like silicone caulk does. I recommend applying it before anything happens.

Could be working? Hard to tell
This product is one of those time will tell products. I applied to my stairs to try and save the concrete which is crumbling. I took off one star because it took me a while to use it and while it was sitting in my home, maybe my house was too hot but this stuff expanded to the point where the bottle look like it was going to explode and it was really making me nervous. Never did explode of course but it was scary.

Very easy to apply on concrete or mortar
I used it on my patio which had several cracks. Some cracks were quite deep, so I had to apply at least twice. It appears it's very effective to keep away the water. I wish I could have used it sooner.

Leaves a powdery white residue
Spent three days stripping and cleaning my warehouse foundation just to be set back another day after using this terrible product. I want a refund but now realize why they don’t do refunds. The picture speaks for itself the nasty white residue it left all over. Absolutely disgusted.
