Perfect for the Remains of your Loving Craftsman
My husband was a furniture designer by hobby and his favorite wood was quarter sawn oak. I have this absolutely stunning box with his remains on my window table until his forever memorial garden is completed this summer.

Beautifully crafted urn
The urn is lovely and well made. The size was too large on the first urn they sent; so I contacted them and they quickly and graciously sent me a smaller urn. They even texted me pictures of the replacement urn to make sure it was perfect.

Worthy of its purpose
I'm far from an expert in buying urns or even knowing where to find them. When someone suggested Amazon I decided to start looking there and then looked no further. I wanted something plain yet stately. This urn is beautiful, even better than expected.

Does not look like photos in listing
The photos make the urn look more artesian and handhewn. The actual box looks machine made and mass produced. I should have just bought one of the Indian ones for 1/2 the price. The finish is cherry colored glossy and awful. The listing made the urn look more walnut colored and waxed or matte finish. The lid is just not as pictured and the proportions of the the top and flat area are also different. I bought this for my 16 yr old sons ashes, he loved wood working, and sadly there is no time to find something else before his memorial.
