Good product.
These look great on our wall. It gives a modern look. I bought three boxes to cover the entire wall 9x12 or so. I only expect noise dampening. The tv we placed in front will surely still be heard through the wall, but I think the panels help. It was an easier option than tearing out the drywall and insulating or making a double wall. These are really hard to cut by hand or with scissors. I had to used my chop saw. They still well but our paint is on the glossier side.

Very thick panels for sound dampening.
Very thick and not really bendable. I used for an unusual purpose of trying to minimize sound from a portable ac unit in my bedroom. I did not peel the sheet from the back I just used tape across the panels to hold them in place. These panels definitely helped with the sound of the compressor coming on.

They look nice, feel sturdy, they seem to actually reduce noise a bit
I covered the door to my basement with these. As you can see in the photo, there weren't quite enough tiles to completely cover the door. I just needed 3 more tiles, but I had to order a whole extra 18-pack. I wish they had them available in a smaller quantity. They're less than half an inch thick but they feel quite dense. I can feel the extra weight when I open and close my door. They're not going to perform miracles but I did notice that outside noises are noticibly quieter. The description says they're easy to cut. I was able to cut them to fit around the doorknob and partial tiles since the the door isn't an even number of tiles wide or tall. The edges look good after cutting, but I didn't find them easy to cut. Maybe my knife blade is too dull but I had to keep slicing over and over to finally cut all the way through. The backing on them seems quite sticky. The tiles are staying attached so far, although I've only had them for a few days. They tile together nicely if you make sure to turn them the right way, so they look like one large panel There was an issue with the Amazon inventory- i requested the gray version, but I received the black ones. They looked nice so I went ahead and used them. But then I needed another set to cover the rest of my door. I ordered black but I received gray ones. After this happened a second time, I ordered a set of gray ones and I finally received black ones. I called Amazon to let them know about this so hopefully they will get it sorted out. Update: I installed the rest of the panels. It was definitely a dull knife - I put in a fresh blade and was able to cut the remaining panels easily. Some of the tiles aren't quite aligned but that was completely user error.

A Beautiful and Easy upgrade for any acoustically untreated area.
I needed some soundproofing in the living room because we have high ceilings and sometimes the sound reflects and creates an echo from the TV so I decided to get these black tiles for behind the TV and surround them with a lighter grey tile to offset them. The black tile are super high quality, have a nice pattern that they create when arranged properly and have a self stick backing so no adhesive is needed. They measure 12x12 and come 12 to a box so they covered an area a little bigger than the TV itself. They early reflections are gone now and the sound is so much better. But the aesthetic look of them is stunning. It feels like a mini movie theater and with some up lighting they really look fantastic. Shipping was lightning fast as always and installation was a breeze and actually a fun, easy and fast project that really upped the look of the living room. We love them and recommend them to anyone looking for a quick decor change or to deaden a room that too live and reflective.

En mi experiencia
Es bonita, decorativa, sin embargo no hace bien la función de neutralizar los ruidos externos, aunque estos no sean tan elevados, solo reduce un poco el impacto del ruido

Surprisingly effective
Wanted a relatively easy and quick fix for some noise coming from the living room into my bedroom without breaking the bank. Was skeptical about how well these would work, but figured it was worth a shot. These were very easy to apply to the wall (even had to peel some off and move the placement of some, they stuck back no problem) and although the noise wasn’t completely cancelled out - it is dramatically reduced. I only applied these to a small area for aesthetic purposes, so I’m sure if I put them on a larger surface are it would be even better. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with these.

Look nice and were easy to install
The tiles look good. The self-adhesive is strong. Cutting them when needed (such as for outlets) was easy. I made a couple of mistakes and could remove tiles using a hair dryer, so that was good too. Overall, very pleased. I’m not trying to block a lot of sound, more to reduce echoes when using a microphone, so I can’t comment on sound dampening.

Looks nice up.
Helps to ‘reduce’ sound but by no means are the tiles sound proof. If you need to cut smaller pieces to fill up a space use a very SHARP box cutter or alike to cut. Otherwise you will get these fluffy jagged lines and then it ruins the smooth subway tile look. Note: Now if crooked pictures and uneven table Cloths don’t bother you then the fuzzy lines shouldn’t either so use whatever cutting implement of choice.
