## Questions & Answers

**Q: This seems very expensive for the quantity, do you dilute this or use it neat ?**
A: Use it neat. It lasts quite a long time. Just use it for a few seconds at a time.

**Q: Is there any alternative to this product?**
A: I am not aware of any alternatives but when using on floors I use a small amount of all purpose detergent spray directly on to the floor before steaming

**Q: Can I just use Zoflora disinfectant is a small quantity In my steam cleaner instead of this?**
A: I have. I diluted it first and then added to the cleaner head not directly into the water tank.

**Q: what are the ingredients on this?**
A: Hello - nowhere on the packaging are any of the ingredients listed - I would imagine that it is not required being of foreign (Italian) origin - hope this helps

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smell not to everyone's taste
*by A***R on 10 January 2024*

A doddle to use and I think makes the job of steaming your floors and walls less of a chore if you create a pleasant aroma whilst you're at it. My wife wants me to try a differently scented one next time though as she is not a 'lavender girl'. There's gratitude for you.
