Use it neat. It lasts quite a long time. Just use it for a few seconds at a time.

Is there any alternative to this product?

I am not aware of any alternatives but when using on floors I use a small amount of all purpose detergent spray directly on to the floor before steaming

Can I just use Zoflora disinfectant is a small quantity In my steam cleaner instead of this?

I have. I diluted it first and then added to the cleaner head not directly into the water tank.

what are the ingredients on this?

Hello - nowhere on the packaging are any of the ingredients listed - I would imagine that it is not required being of foreign (Italian) origin - hope this helps
