Poor quality of material. No Quality checks (QC)?
I received the Box whose body was rusted. Poor quality of workmanship and cheap material used. Why should a rusted body of the Box be delivered? Is there no quality check. Awful seller. Amazon should blacklist such manufacturers and sellers.

very suitable and useful product. I have an ev car and this is good for the charging duties. I had to get the wiring done again in the mcb switch, but no issue.

Manual lock option missing
The product is generally good and serves its purpose well. However, it would be much better if a manual locking option were included. The current lock mechanism doesn't secure the door properly—it feels loose and unreliable. Adding a manual lock would greatly improve safety and user confidence.

EV Car charging power supply box
The Box should be little more bigger so that the car charging adaptor, plug, + wire can be locked inside the box. It may be useful for 2 wheeler.
