Product quantity is good, we can say heavy duty2. bowl size to make idli are also good ( neither too big nor too small)3. stainless steel thickness is also goodCons1. improvement is needed (when we put idli better, at the time of completion, the idli get touch to the centre rod because the space between rod and idli is not decent )2. here on the demo video, they mentioned small idli maker that is free but now they are not providing. I guess during initial days they gave it but now they removed. that additional idli maker is not mentioned on the box so I guess that was promotional purpose only which is a misinformation. they should remove that part from the video

I have to keep 1-2 kg weights on the lid to keep it from opening up from the steam. Manufacturer must improve the design

I wanted to give 5 star but I will assess 4.5 to the product.The reduction of 0.5 point to the product is only bcoz of the base of the item. It could have been little thicker. It's my opinion that it should have been little thicker.Other than this I did not find any negatives in the product.The steel if superb and perfectly crafted to give you what you expect out of it.Product is awesome and you can blindly go for the purchase.
