i’ve used zagg for all of my iphones in the past 2-3 years, and yes, it’ll crack but that’s due to my wrongdoing because i’m so clumsy. but once i found out i could replace it at any zagg location (whether it be one of those stalls in the mall or the actual store in the galleria) for $10, i don’t see why it wouldn’t be a good investment. i’d rather have the protector crack than my actual screen. plus, the privacy works good enough for me.

Had this for 2 days. The privacy feature works great, but in 2 days this thing already cracked at the top. Didn’t even take that much to do it, i was running at a job site with it in my pocket and my tool pouch was over that pocket and the bouncing of my pouch against the phone managed to crack the screen protector. My old phone had a tempered glass protector and in 3 years working at jobs sites, dropping it, tools hitting it, whatever…nothing broke that. But 2 days and this thing shatters already? Horrible for protection. Good for privacy feature.

i know it may be expensive but as someone who has had a lot of phones of which had screen protectors i can tell you it’s worth it to shell out the money then cheap out because they really are trash. This company seems to be the best in my opinion.

Awkward to use. The protection to keep people near you from seeing the screen makes it harder to use and I regret purchase.

I have been using Zagg screen protectors for years. There are a couple of things that I do to make sure a smooth installation:-1. I turn on the ventilation hood above the oven for a few minutes before I begin (to make sure dust free installation).*also turn on the lights.2. Before removing the laminations(1 and 2), I test run it by placing the protector on the correct position, i.e. not upside down.3. I cleaned up the phone, from any speck of dust, with the tool that comes in the package.4. Then I deliberately place the protector and be mindful that the phone screen is dust free as I peel off the protector. If there is a dust, use the provided sticker to remove it as you gradually place the protector on the screen.If you screw up during the installation, you can always go to Zagg website, register your product and send an email. They typically are very helpful to assist you. The product is guaranteed for a lifetime; if after 3 months or so and there is a crack, you can always get a replacement after paying for shipping and handling fee.My Update after 2 days: I messed up the installation and I had 6-8 bubbles. I was about to order the replacement but realized today the bubbles are magically gone!😀

Good screen protector but I took away a star because I feel like it’s not as durable as the other ZAGG products I’ve had in the past. It looks good and provides privacy for your screen but cracks easily. It did keep my screen from cracking though.

I think what I'm seeing in these reviews are missing the point of this screen protector.It's supposed to be an "Elite Privacy" screen protector. Privacy. This is in no way a privacy screen protector. As you can see by my screen shot, anyone can view your entire screen very clearly at any angle greater than 16%. Any view less than 16% angle, it gets a little darker. The screen can not be seen if it is viewed at less than 7% angle. The screen is Not obscured at all if viewed from the front or from behind. Full screen view with no privacy at all.I have a friend purchased a set of 2 privacy screen protectors that also came with camera lens protectors for less than $20.( Pehael [2+2 Pack) I have seen those on her iPhone and they work fantastic. Basically, if you are not looking directly down at the screen, it can NOT be viewed by someone looking at your screen from any angle.As Apple have said in their literature, "A strong titanium band.The toughest back glass in a smartphone. And a Ceramic Shield front that’s even tougher than any smartphone glass."So if you have a good case for your iPhone and Apple Care, you don't really need to purchase a screen protector, unless you want Privacy and purchase a "Privacy" screen protector. I paid more than double for my Zagg Elite Privacy Protect, but no privacy. I could have purchased a non privacy screen protector for less. But I expected privacy when I made this purchase. NOT.Installation was great. No problems at all. Any bubbles were completely gone after about 8 hours. They just disappeared.Smucges are almost non existent.I think this will make a great NON privacy screen protector for someone looking for a screen protector.I think the use of the word "privacy" is extremely misleading and I would like to return this for a refund.I will purchase a real "Privacy" screen protector now.

Strong and do great about privacy

The media could not be loaded.  The product is good and works as described. the only downside I noticed is that the screen has a darkened look when the screen guard is applied. so it kinda of reduces the screen resolution colours of the iPhone
