This wheel base is perfect with excellent quality, super sturdy and it works perfect! The installation was easy as well. The product looks feel so premium as well , so really satisfied about the purchase and for not having to depend on my office chair product support to fix its broken base !

Good quality , might have to grease the join of wheel to metal cuz metal metal makes ringing noise.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The chair base first I received had numerous scratches all over the chrome coating. I requested a replacement, but the return and replacement process was very slow and required multiple follow-ups with Amazon customer service. Unfortunately, the replacement item was even worse. It arrived with damaged packaging, and the chrome coating had more scratches than the original item. This clearly indicates poor quality control and inadequate inspection before dispatch. In addition, the wheels are of very poor quality and wobble excessively, making the chair unstable and uncomfortable to use. Considering the delayed service, repeated inconvenience, damaged packaging on the replacement, and the need to contact Amazon several times for updates, I was ultimately forced to keep the defective item. This experience fell far below the quality and service standards I expect from Amazon.
