I have tried many, many clip-on tuners, and this thing is pretty much the state of the art for what it is designed to do, that is, get you tuned up in a jiffy and ready to keep on rockin’ in seconds. Kind of like those guys in a pit crew who have optimized their game to get the race car driver back on the track in a matter of seconds. No jumpy needles, no “maybe’s”. You're either sharp, flat, or you’re ACCURATELY in tune. End of story! Big, bright, colorful, intuitive, easy-on-the-eyes display makes using this EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE device a pleasure to use. PLUS, when you calibrate to a different tuning standard, it STAYS in that mode even when you turn it off, And when it is on, it plainly and continuously displays the current calibration value on the display! So if the music sounds somewhat weird there’s no reason to be shy about asking the band, for example, “Are you guys in 440 or 444 like me?” Best tuner I have ever bought in 59 YEARS as a guitarist.

Straight forward, compact, and sturdy enough for a gig bag. I don't know about color options or any of that, but the screen is very readable and responds quickly. I especially love the fact that the battery lasts. I've gotten rid of both a Snark and Fender clip on tuner because the batteries drained even while the units were off, and those little batteries cost real $.

I'm new to guitar, so I got this on the recommendation of an experienced guitarist. Compact, unobtrusive, and on an electric you don't have to plug in to tune. (It responds directly to the vibrations sensed through the guitar, not to sound waves.) Rechargeable, so no batteries to replace and dispose of. Couldn't be happier. My only minor complaint is that it's short on instructions. It's easy to figure out and use, but I normally like to leave the protective films on displays to extend the life of the product. The film on this one is printed with what the display looks like in use, and I thought that was just a persistent part of the display. So I was quite confused when I turned in on and nothing changed. Take the display film off first thing!

Great tuner for guitar and it works for cello too. But it doesn't work for violin. The neck it too wide for the clip. Just FYI

For the price, you can't beat it. It's more precise than my last clip on and it was cheap, so that's great. Anything cheap these days, yes plz. Bring Trump back, PLEASE!!

This is an easy to use, accurate tuner with some premium features like the ability to adjust viewing angle. Comes with a battery, even. Intuitive operation. My kid likes the color, and it fits on the headstock of his banjo. And wow, great price! Not much else to say!

I did research and found what many musicians said was their favorite tuner. Easy to attach to guitars, electric or acoustic, easy to read screen, day or night, and excellent flexibility to angle screen so I can see. Tuning accuracy is excellent and a good deal for the price. In fact, I ordered a second tuner one week or so after this purchase.

I’m sure it’s a quality tuner; D’A produces great products. But I’m color blind and I can’t read the display.
