**Q: The picture of the nutrition label shows zero mg of potassium in these. how is that even possible? do these really contain no potassium?**
A: This is the 4th dried apricot listing from different vendors with a 0 potassium label. The label is federally regulated so it isn't a vendor typo, either they are all using the same source of apricots that have 0 potassium or they are using the same lab with broken equipment.

**Q: Are they pitted?**
A: There are no pits in the apricots.  They are moist and chewy, just perfect as far as I am concerned.  They are delicious.  The price was great!  I put some in agsi in the freezer, but have not used those yet.

**Q: Are they sulphered?  I don’t see it labeled as such but they are bright orange which normally means sulpher**
A: yes, I looked at label and says so.

**Q: I want to use these to make jam. About how many cups of fruit in the 5 lb. bag?**
A: A fluid ounce of water weighs one ounce. But weight ounces do not equal fluid ounce measurements for solids like apricots.  Water is relatively heavy, so a cup of dried apricots would weigh less than eight ounces, probably even if you packed them into the cup to estimate their weight.
