Surprised by how excellent this pot is! Used it on a 10-day roadtrip, and it was much better than expected. Heats up quickly, cooks food perfectly, easy to clean. Used a steamer basket to steam frozen vegetables. Also cooked beans, hot cereal, eggs, etc. Very, very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend! 2L size is perfect.

I absolutely loved this pot. It’s convenient. Heats and cooks quickly. It’s made life very easy. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is that after 1.5 years of use the coating is peeling. I’ve only used the spatula that came with it and wood chopsticks while cooking. It was disappointing. I was ready to buy another one until I decided to stay away from the Gnostic coding and try to find one that’s ceramic. I just hope it’s as good. It’s definitely worth the price.

Update: Here is the FB post I just did to my 2,000+ friends/followers: Lenny Living Life -- Most of y'all know that I mostly rely on my DIY Solar System for all of my energy needs. However, I do occasionally have to get a battery charge from the grid on consecutive rainy/overcast days to boost my battery bank. Because of that, I'm always looking for the lowest power consumption devices, appliances, etc. I do this to keep more of my money in my pocket, not because I'm a tree hugger. I do love trees because they are great for firewood, cooking, and heating! 😛 😛 😛 I often used an electric skillet (12") for cooking or heating up my meals, or sometimes the microwave, but was searching for a lower power hungry appliance since both of them would use 1,000 watts or more when cooking. I found this Dezin Electric Cooker (only $39.99) on my Amazon Store and have been using it for about a month. It has multiple functions, but the basic bottom electric "pot" also works as a small electric skillet. It will hold 10-12 chicken nuggets (for size example) and, using the low power setting (250 watts), it cooks and browns the nuggets in about 15 minutes, flipping every five minutes. The BIG electric skillet I used to use took longer and lost a LOT of the heat around the bottom and sides. This unit keeps the power inside an insulated base so there isn't much power loss to the surrounding area, meaning lower air-conditioning use also. Basically, it uses about 25% of the power that the 12" electric skillet was using. Last night, I cooked a light dinner consisting of a can of vegetable soup poured over a pack of Ramen noodles, and it was done in under six minutes. 250 watts per hour divided by 10 equals ONLY 25 watts to cook dinner last night. The bowl itself does not come out of the pot base. The instruction manual says "do not immerse" when cleaning so that is the only negative so far. I did have a stainless steel stacking bowl set where the largest bowl fit inside the pot perfectly so I used it for cooking my first meal, then used two forks to lift the SS bowl out and cleaned it so I didn't do more than wipe down the pot base. The lid fits snuggly on the pot base and there are three small vent holes to let steam out. The outside of the pot base got warm but not hot while it was cooking, which is what I was hoping for. I hate cooking where so much of the heat dissipates into the air making the A/C have to work harder. It has a low and high heat setting and while there is no temperature guage or light saying when it was "on," I did have a watt meter showing it did cycle on and off when it reached the maximum temperature. I did cook a full bowl of beans and rice. It did NOT pull the full 650 watts during the cooking process. I didn't really check the low heat side to see if it used 250 watts or not or if it stayed on thei entire time or not.

I LOVE THIS POT!!!!! My wife and I are retired now and it’s just her and I now. So fixing big meals only happens when the kids and grandkids come over. This pot is real big, but it’s perfect for our needs. It heats up really quickly, and I had no idea how convenient having a steamer basket was. I made sloppy sliders with it today. I cooked the meat on the bottom and then steamed the buns in the steamer. Plopped a piece of cheese on it and it melted perfectly. This thing is so versatile. I reheated with it, cooked and actual meal, and clean up is easy. Just don’t drop it into water. The only thing I wish it had was a “warmer” option for it so I could just keep it warm. But that’s such a small issue it’s not worth taking points off for. I plan on buying these as gifts for my kids.

Love love, love love love love love love love this product. We call it the magic pot in the house cause it does everything. They’re just two of us so I don’t need to get out big pots and pans when I wanna cook something. I wanna make a little soup. It’s perfect. If I wanna fry up an egg or fry something or steam absolutely perfect everyone should have one of these in their house. If you do, it’ll become your favorite part too.

First of all, it's so beautiful to look at, very slick, clean, and stylish! It's easy to use, heats up well, is versatile, and allows you to cook a plethora of exciting healthy dishes👌. I have already recommended it to family and friends, and they want one immediately! I am extremely very happy with my cooker 😍🙌

Très efficace. La cuisson est très rapide. Pour le moment j'ai fais cuire du riz a grain long, et il a cuit comme il faut, et il n'a pas colle au fond. Puis j'ai fais des hôtels dog steamer et ça n'avais que 20 minutes a faire. J'en suis vraiment emballer et j'ai hâte de faire cuire plein dautre aliments. Je le recommande absolument, car on evonomise de l'électricité c'est pas juste pour les dortoirs, je suis dans un 31/2 et j'aime mieux utilisé cette casserole électrique que de mettre une casserole sur ma cuisinière car ils ne consomme pas le même nombre de kilométrage. Acheter bous ne te regreteré

On receiving the pan it appears to be of good quality and construction. The design and finish are very well styled, and in use the pan works very well with a rapid heat/ boil setting and a very effective simmer setting. Reccomended.
