Great potential. Mine didn't work properly. Maybe a defective unit. I wouldn't think they would market something that doesn't work. So I'll scratch it off to bad luck. Great and very responsive customer service.

Does not work at all.It says my morning breath is cleaner than my post-cleaning breath. I can eat the nastiest meal consisting of garlic, onions, nasty meat, milk, eggs, etc and still it says my breath is almost perfect which I know is not truel. I calibrated it, tested it out multiple times in multiple ways and still nothing.I even tried running some non-breath tests to test it out. Farting into it as it took a reading still produced a "fresh breath" reading.If any of you buy this, I wish you luckAlso, beware of the paid reveiwer. They are all over Amazon and you can usually tell who they are by reading their reviews. If they have mostly 5-star ratings, they're most likely paid reviewers or get free products to give 5-star ratings.Edit: To those suggesting I may not be using it correctly: I did. I tried for a good hour or two to get it to work, Everything I did was exactly the way I was instructed. I just tried it again. Haven't brushed in 14 hours. <50PPM which shouldn't be the case considering I just recetly ate a nasty meal with garlic and onions.

I first saw the product on Shark Tank and was very intrigued. After trying my friend's this last week I was really impressed with the speed and ease of understanding your habits. The only enhancements I would suggest are around when you get your review, having suggestions around products that would help improve your grade.Other than that, easy product to use! Will be buying it and sharing with my friends!

Was Hopeful and Excited this would work well.I was really hoping this item would work so that I would always know the condition of my breath. However, it does not work and therefore does not give me any level of confidence as to the condition of my breath. I can say this because there is no way my breath is at it's best first thing in the morning before brushing my teeth. I feel like I got taken for $100 and I suspect there may be the possibility of a lawsuit eventually.

Used it for about a week so far. Overall pleased with ease of use. Two items should be improved. First it takes too long for the app to detect mint. Two, the app help mentions "Post Cleaning" checkup but it's not one of the options on the checkup menu.I read some of the reviewers that said it did not work and just wanted to say that make sure you hold your mouth closed for at least the 30 seconds or so and do not blow into the product. You could actually give a false reading by not holding the mouth closed, breathing through the mouth or anything that temporarily exchanges the air in the mouth for what is actually there. My results seemed pretty consistent with my eating habits etc. And by the way I'm not affiliated in any way with the product's manufacturer. I just crowd funded on Indigo a couple years ago with all the other internet backers,forgot all about it and one day got an email saying it was shipping and got it shortly afterwards.

Would have love to use it but app does not work at all! Big disappointment! iOS & android app did not work! If app is fix would love to purchase it again!

I wish the battery will last longer and can supply additional mouth pieces (2-3) in original pack. Calibration is taking a long time. Is it necessary if testings done back to back with unit being on all the time. Love the app, amazing.

Just another gimmick , don't waste your time or money. Another CEO getting rich off desperate people with a product that is a joke.
