Makita quality at a good price
Very high quality tools. Lightweight but very powerful. Balance nicely in the hand. The batteries last an unbelievably long time. Good value as they are priced to be a gateway into the Makita range of power tools.

Amazing upgrade!
So that other users understand my sheer joy at these, I upgraded from a couple of old Bosch 18v guns to these. There isn’t even room for comparison. These are superior in every sense, battery life is amazing, they are light in hand, highly effective with even the more extreme task for an impact driver. Haven’t found a surface that they cannot get through with the right drill bit. Not sure if it’s expensive but the price everywhere else I looked was more.

Makita 18v cordless Impact Driver & Drill set
These are great tools, well made, comfortable to hold and use and a good charging system with a very useful charge light showing how much time is left on the battery and charge lights on the battery charger too. The charger runs with a fan to keep it reasonably cool and tells you when your battery is fully charged with a beep so you can switch it off. This is a nice safety feature, and helps to preserve the life of the batteries. The impact driver is very powerful and makes light work of so many tasks. Well done Makita!
