Great pre workout
I love the ingredients and the pump. The caffeine is just right and the slower release leaves me less jittery. I am able to drink things pretty quickly so the flavor doesn't bother me as much as my workout buddy.

Grampas Pre
This is definitely your grandpas pre workout. Next stop for Kaged is Costco. I was looking for a Hyde replacement and this isn’t it. No pump but taste great…. My dad liked it.

I really like the kaged elite pre work out. I got the strawberry lemonade this time. Its taste is pretty good, not my favorite. It mixes well, I get plenty of energy and a pretty good pump. The drink is a pinkish color. I will keep ordering, but likely go with a different flavor next time
