I was making lemon cupcakes with raspberry filling, and I wanted a raspberry cream cheese frosting to go with, this not only taste amazing, it blended really well and had the prettiest pink color. Quality for the price was amazing!! Would absolutely recommend and buy again!

I use freeze dried fruit regularly in my frostings and cookies to add a punch of real concentrated flavor as well as real color to my creations. I have never found raspberry in the grocery stores so I was super happy to find it here.While I loved the taste, smell, color, and texture, I found it to be very very expensive compared to other freeze dried fruits. Like VERY expensive. It’s something that I have to use sparingly.

The flavor of this freeze dried raspberry powder has a bright raspberry flavor with just the right tart undertone. I used it to make my raspberry butter cream dark chocolates. Super flavorful! And the bold color really makes for a pretty bonbon.

My family loves this freeze dried raspberry powder! It goes well with yogurt and in icing for cakes and so many other things.

This was my first time buying powder vs making the powder myself with freeze dried raspberries. Overall really good but the flavor was a little lacking and there were quite a bit of seeds
