I love this stuff! Not too strong for me. It only gives you cramps if you are full of poop. If you are already regular, then it will be mild. But many of us are backed up so it's worth it to get cleansed! Excellent ingredients as well!

The tea tastes good and seems effective. However, it made me go to the bathroom a lot and gave me some mild stomach cramps. Overall, my experience was okay.

Works too well. Not as fast as a dragon fruit. And it irritated my stomach but that was a side effect so it didn’t throw me off. Just not the level of irritation I prefer. However, let my two cousins try it and they didn’t experience abdominal irritation and it worked well.

Does what its supposed to do. Not something I would drink daily. Didn't use it to lose weight so I don't know if it works for that, but if you need to make a 2, 1 cup is all you need.

I find the earthy flavor reinvigorating. The digestive effects are generally within 12 hours for me.
