ALTO TS18S 2500W 18" Powered PA Subwoofer

This speaker is awesome. I’m considering getting a second to have stereo bass. I do wish I could turn it down a bit lower than it can by default, but that may have more to do with my board. I have it in my basement to entertain friends and used it for my wedding. It filled a small hall that sat 78 with bass.

I bought these to use with my band. Was skeptical when I bough them...I am kind of an equipment snob and was thinking along the lines of Turbosound or RCF. I figured for the price I could try them and if they sucked...get rid of them and get something else. They came in and I hooked them up and they sounded pretty good. They aren't a JBL or an RCF or a QSC...but they weren't priced like them either. They definitely did a good job and the money is well spent. The 2500 watt rating is peak power and rms is 1250 watts I would assume. I decided to pick up two more and I think overall they are a solid value. I can recommend them if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg and still have a repectable sub. Build quality is good...appearance is nice, and the really don't sound bad. I give it a 4 instead of a 5 just because the power rating is a little deceiving...in my opinion.

Did a ton of research before buying this. I splurged on a totally oversized sub to have in my garage setup and use at spirts tournament once a year. The sound out of this product is super super good. Very deep bass even at low volume, definitely FEEL the bass and brings a true depth to the music. I have it paired with a modest pair of alto 10 250W that I already had (probably 8 years old) and it still makes for a super solid set up. If you want to do true DJ gig you probably need bigger speakers, with more power, but the sub is an absolute no trainer. Super sturdy construction, very deep handles make it easy to grab and lift. Wish it came with casters but you can mount some on, so not a big deal. A must have if you are in the market for a subwoofer

Plays lower than all the other PA subs in its price range + higher than its price range. Sounds incredible , punchy and can play low if indoors or boundary gain is applied. Very loud

Hooked up and sounds great. Sub has really low bass. Works great for our small venue.

Super Super Powerful

I purchased this Alto TS18 on July 1, 2026 to augment another bass speaker in my sound system. To troubleshoot, I used a known-good mixer and a known-good cable. When connected, the TS18 produced very little bass output, while my other subwoofer performed normally using the same equipment. This leads me to believe the TS18 is defective. On July 12, I opened a support case through Alto's online support portal Ticket #814948 and provided the serial number and a detailed description of the problem. I did not receive a response until July 16, when I was contacted by a third-party company, inMusic, which handles Alto's support. They asked me to complete their version of the support form and email it back to them. I completed and returned the requested form immediately. Nearly two days has now passed, and despite sending two follow-up emails, I have received no response. Returning this speaker is a significant inconvenience because it weighs nearly 100 pounds and must be transported to a UPS location for shipment. I attempted to work with the manufacturer first in hopes of resolving the issue without having to return such a large and heavy product, but unfortunately I have not received the support needed.

Fantastico sub. Suono eccezionale. Da solo con 2 415 a metà volume in ambienti esterni è fantastico. La regolazione automatica con le sorelle 415 è ottima. Collegato diretto al mixer (mixer con uscita sub diretta ) e da lui i due cavi per le 415 e poi due casse spia dietro al palco... Festa all'esterno riuscitissima !! Consiglio il pack completo.

Bought this because I wanted serious bass for my home system. I have it corner loaded in my living room and its unbelievable. It shakes the entire house, doors rattling, windows and house siding. Just want I wanted. I feel like I have pushed it pretty hard and have had zero issues. If you want bass that makes you question your life's decisions for under a 1000 bucks you won't regret it. I have it paired with alto ts410 front speakers and another sealed 12 sub. Its hard to describe how hard this system pounds.

I have 4 mac mah 18 inches, 6 vonyx 15 inches, and 4 ts18s 18 inches. The Alto TS18S are just at a different level in all aspects: SPL, clarity and depth of the bass, etc... This sub is a beast. unlike what the manufacturer says, it goes above 200hz, but the render is best in the 30~120 hz range where that thing is roaring like a giant beast

Muy contento, tengo dos Alto Ts415 y es el complemento perfecto para ellos. En varias ocasiones me han felicitado por la calidad del sonido. Hace poco compré el segundo subwoofer y estoy deseando poder hacer el montaje completo para probarlo. Si quieres una bajo potente es muy recomendable
