Got this for my 8 year old grandson & he loved it! Immediately started swinging & twirling it!Bo staff is well made and lightweight. The foam padding & carrying bag are both a bonus!

Pvc with foam padding
If you don't feel like doing that your self, like me.. this is so much fun! I don't even care if it's an overpriced label, it's worth paying the little extra and actually trying it. instead of never actually building your own for cheap and by proxy never trying a bo staff! It'll make anyone feel the the coolest kid with a stick 😎

Good practice jo for kids!
My daughter uses this Jo to practice martial arts. It is perfect weight and the form around the stick keeps everything safe!

Great starter staff
Feels like a high quality foam wrapped around an aluminum broom stick. But the weight is perfect. Would not recommend performing Katas as rapid halts will bend it. Great for beginners.
