I started off using the Himalayan shilajit, but much prefer this Siberian version now. It does taste slightly different, but not in a bad way. I take it as a supplement for energy/workouts and feel like it helps. It's got the consistency of axle grease, only thicker, and it didn't even properly melt during the recent 36 degree heatwave here in the UK! It seems to last forever and is easy to add to coffee using the spoon provided, which hangs on the edge of your cup (see photo).
